
Ingredients:
- Parmesan cheese grated – 20 g
- Milk – 160 ml
- Dry yeast – 7 g
- Sugar – 1 tbsp
- Flour – 300 g
- Olive oil – 30 ml
- Salt – a pinch
- Basil – bunch
- Garlic – 1/2 clove
- Pine nuts – 20 g
How to cook:

- In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, yeast and mix everything. Leave for 3-5 minutes for the yeast to dissolve.
- Pour in the olive oil, salt and flour. Knead the dough (you can use your hands, you can use a food processor using a hook attachment).
- Do not add more flour than it is written in the recipe. At first, the dough will stick to your hands, but gradually it will become smooth. Cover the dough with a towel and leave for an hour in a warm place.
